會上，公司書記、監事會主席、工會主席歐陽良梅對石崗市長一行的到來表示歡迎和感謝。市場總監李鋒就公司基本情況、上半年生產經營狀況及存在問題、工作建議等進行了匯報。隨后，與會人員重點圍繞公司生產經營工作遇到的問題和困難進行了交流討論。
石崗市長對公司成立以來取得的成績給予了充分肯定。針對公司目前存在的問題和困難，他指出，一是政府各部門要高度重視，貫徹落實習近平總書記在疆考察重要講話精神，全面了解油田技術服務企業生產經營現狀以及存在問題，促進我市地方油田技術服務企業健康有序發展，為黨的二十大勝利召開營造良好的政治社會經濟環境；二是要重點關心關愛重點骨干民營企業，扶優扶強，政策要相應傾斜；三是企業要集中精力搞好自身生產經營工作，強身健體；四是企業在市場決策要果斷堅決，下定決心。
最后，歐陽良梅代表公司感謝石崗市長一行對正通公司的關心和指導，并表示正通公司將繼續團結帶領全體干部員工克服困難、降本增效、積極開拓、砥礪前行，為推進克拉瑪依市經濟高質量發展做出更大的貢獻。
